When the TRASH BUSTER reaches full, what should we do?
There are several ways to handle the content in the TRASH BUSTER after it reaches full:
1. Sucking by using suction pomp and:
a) To treat it as organic sludge.
b) To bury it into another hole in the ground.
2. Raking out and:
a) To treat it as organic sludge.
b) To bury it into another hole in the ground.
3. Leave as it is for about 3 years (Recommended).
After about 3 years, approximately 90% of the content will
be decomposed by soil
microbes.
First, please take a look at the images below. Both are the images of
TRASH BUSTER in operation currently.
You can see raw garbage in the TRASH BUSTER because the user throws it into every day. Under the layer of the raw garbage, there is a layer of decomposed sludge.
The TRASH BUSTER on the Image 2 on the right hand side above was installed in 2000. It has been working more than 14 years without failure at all.
Next, please take a look at the images below, which show how to handle the decomposed sludge after the TRASH BUSTER reached full.
1. Sucking
After the decomposition proceeded and the raw garbage changed into sludge, suck it out by using suction pomp.
Then, TRASH BUSTER will be empty and ready to re-use immediately.
As for the sucked sludge,
a) To treat it as organic sludge.
b) To bury it into another hole in the ground.
In these methods, disposal cost is required. If you dig a hole and bury the sludge in it, you must cover the sludge completely with soil, otherwise it begins to give a bad smell.
2. Raking out
Just as the method 1. above, after the raw garbage in the TRASH BUSTER changed into sludge, take off the cover of TRASH BUSTER and rake out the sludge.
Then, TRASH BUSTER will be empty and ready to re-use immediately.
As for the raked sludge, treat it or bury it as the same way as the method 1.
3. Leave as it is for about 3 years (Recommended)
Leave the TRASH BUSTER as it is for about 3 years with its lid closed.
During the 3 years, soil microbes come and go inside and outside of the TRASH BUSTER. The raw garbage will mainly be decomposed by anaerobic microbes and be reduced slowly.
Please have a look at the Image 5 above. You could find the state inside the TRASH BUSTER in the process of decomposing and reducing.
In this method, soil microbes work for you. They don’t demand payment. No electricity, no fuel, no transferring, and no mechanical breakdown. It takes somewhat long time, but it doesn’t take your money.
After about 3 years, TRASH BUSTER will be approximately 90% empty. It’s highly durable, so you can re-use again and again.
Please see “Suggested Use” from the MENU on the left side of the page. It illustrates this process.
